Today a small article on my club MBC was published in DNA newspaper. Here below is the link. Club Core Mod/Owner had given the interview to them.
I’m not a professional photographer but here is a tip which professionals too sometimes miss out.
You have a wonderful hobby of photography. You enjoy clicking snaps every now and then. Its fun.
Now its time you notice your photos are coming out very nice and you feel if it gets in wrong hand then he or she will use it for representation purpose and not credit you. Perhaps someone might even earn through it. You are loosing then.
So what you can do to avoid this is apply a signature on your photo.
Its not easy as it sounds. I’m sure if you know photoshop then you can do this in no time or use any photo signature software.
This is not the problem. The issue actually lies in the size and font style of the signature.
A very big font takes the attention off the picture and a small one is difficult to read clearly. And the font style is important to blend in nicely in the photo. Like you can not put Arial black font on a nice landscape photo.
Here below I will explain with an example,

See here is a nice sunset photo clicked by a friend of mine. The variation in colors of the sun are just perfect and having people in the foreground adds drama to the picture. Now the signature he has used is the one we use for typing and chatting. And has placed it in the center of the image using large font size.
It takes your focus off the picture.
Now see this one below,

Its a flawless photo clicked again by my friend and he has also enriched it by giving a neat border up & down. Now notice the font style and size plus the location of the signature. I don’t think I have to explain more.
I’m sure you got my point.

Just a week ago I had done engine overhaul of my motorbike. I own a Hero Honda Karizma 2003 model. 85000kms old.
After changing all the engine parts my mechanic delivered me the bike and it was running on the standard Hero Honda 10W30 oil.
Just to free the engine I decided to ride first 2000kms under speed of 60kmph.
I wanted to know if now after all the engine work the motorbike is consuming/ burning or turning the oil black before 2000kms.
The first 500kms the engine was turning hot very quickly but I presume it happens so for the first time for the piston and the rings to get adjusted.
By the time odometer reached 550kms I checked the dip stick and found out the oil level was low. And after draining the oil, it was 300ml less and burned. Totally black.
It had me worried but I bought this Motul 5100 semi synthetic oil – Grade 15W50 recommend to me by friend Gaurav.
After it got completely blended in the engine I started making test runs every day for 100kms.
In just 5 days when I checked the dip stick at 500kms with my fingers crossed I saw the oil level is not only full but even the color is still golden
…
Then later after 15 days I reached the mark of 1800kms and again I checked and result was same. Oil is still full and golden.
Motul, is a well know brand in performance bike engine lubricants. It has the semi synthetic technology and very suitable for 4 stroke engines. For Indian conditions it is the best. Also look for the title ester on the can which makes it suitable for the engines with require simultaneous lubrication.
The gear box becomes smooth, reduced noise and efficient wet clutch plates guarantee. The drain period company says is 5000kms.
So I say use this oil on new / old engine without hesitation. Its cost around Rs. 435 but I heard recently the price is coming down to Rs. 350. Trust me its better than full synthetic oil. Runs good in cold and hot weather conditions.

In the world wide web there is a constant growth in the setup and development of web portal. Blogging is the most hit in last couple of years. Everyone is doing it and they do tell it..if you know what I mean. It’s a great communication tool. Ones you start looking for blogging software then there are quite a few good ones. The one I recommend is WORDPRESS.
Blogging is the best way today to get your message across the web. Its very nature being dynamic goes to its advantage. All people of the world can come back again and again to your blog. Its gives more personalized message. More like unbiased opinion. With wordpress its all very easy to do so. Wordpress first came into the picture in 2003 and ever since it is on a constant growth in improving itself for better and better output. The usability of this CMS has been increasing day by day. There are many reasons for which I recommend this blog hosting CMS than other alternatives. But the best one is its user friendly dashboard and personalized easy to modify design.
There are two ways you can go ahead with this. You can go to wordpress.com and register, you get yourself of a new wordpress blog but to get more exposure and some good control in your design I suggest you to buy wordpress hosting package from a good web hosting company and setup your wordpress CMS from the cPanel. It is very easy to set up a wordpress blog. Important, when you buy hosting space from a company make sure they support this blog software. The hosting is shared and very much in budget so it won’t cost you much per month. Anyways all companies offer hosting for 1 year with good discounts. It is better to have a strong, good, reliable and trustworthy host because wordpress requires high standard of performance.
Couple of day back I realized that my bike has started looking very old. The color is fading out. Polish is disappearing. And that feel was not there anymore. Besides there were already cracks and dents on the body. Most part were turning loose and the screws were ripping off the inside parts. The damage will go endless if I write them all here.
So today I have sent the bike to my mechanic where he is going to rip the parts into pieces and give it a total new makeover. The color will be changing. It will have the Karizma R engine cover and some twits and tweaks in the performance.
I will be getting the delivery in couple of week and will put up a fresh post on it. Some picture and test ride….
